Email (includes Spam Filtering & Virus Scanning)

o    Supports POP, IMAP & Web
o    Alias email account capability
o    Email forwarding

o    Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes & Out of Office via Web
o    75MB Disk Space or 5000 messages per user/mailbox
o    No Data Transfer limits
o    10MB attachment limit
o    Email data back-up (local & network)

Email back-up

o    End to End’s server acts as the secondary MX record
o    Holds email in the event the customer’s primary email server is down
o    Eliminates ‘Failed Delivery’ messages

DNS

o    Full Control over SOA, MX, A and CNAMES
o    Publish SPF or DomainKey data via TXT records
o    Support for round robin DNS
o    Ability to set-up slave zones for additional redundancy
o    Additional email handling benefits such as:
        o backup spooling
        o outbound SMTP relaying
        o SMTP Gateway
        o authenticated SMTP & ETRN
o    Redundancy across multiple ISP’s, networks & physical locations

Web

o    HTTP hosting of domain web sites (www.companyname.com)
o    Web Server virus protection & administration (includes virus scanning
       and updates)
o    Web Server system back-up
o    Up to 50MB of disk space including HTML, graphics & database
o    Support for full indexing & searching of hosted web sites
o    Support for remote access & administration via SSL to all folders
       containing HTML, graphics & data files
o    Enhanced application monitoring (i.e. URL, HTTP, database)
